Cleaned up final panel of the ruff one below. Only got around 4 pages left of this strip. Really enjoying drawing this. Rich's script is genius. One funny guy.

That's what I'll do from now on until this story is finished...and then for the second and third stories I'll post a few pages, then ruff pencils then inked panels...just like I'm doing with Miserable.
Got to keep the Blog fed...it's a monster.

Deb Bonair - Ruff Colors!

Here's the first page of the Deb strip with preliminary colors by Kevin Volo. The colors are too dark and need some tweaking. Probably need to change the alien crew mates color and the ships captain too.
A tractor beam effect also needs to added.

Overrall...it all needs to be lightened up, but as a start...not too bad.

The strip should look fantastic after everything is complete.

He asked me if I could whip one up real quick for his wife's podcast.
Quite like a lot of it. Hopefully the stuff I'm not too happy about...I can 'fix' at the inking stage.
